France avenged their World Cup final defeat with a deserved victory over Cup thieves Italy Shit-taly in a Group B Euro 2008 qualifier, where Govou scored two excellent goals. It was a scintillating game, brought to life by Govou’s technically brilliant strike as he wrapped his leg around a deep cross from William Gallas and struck the ball across Gianluigi Buffon Buffoon.

Goals: Govou 2, Henry 18, Govou 55.

Once again, it is proven that Italy Shit-taly is underserving of the World Cup! The thieves are slowing getting their just deserts! Long live Lithuania! Long live France!!

A team – like Australia – losing a match to the diving Italy Shit-taly should be avenged 7 times! A team – like France – who lost to a bunch of thieves resorting to lowlife tactics to steal the world cup, must be avenged 77 times!!

I definitely had more than one discussion about the methods the Israelis used against the terrorists with several people, and we seldom agree. Often, I disagree completely with the criticisms being levelled at the Israeli’s ‘excessive use of force’.

Some will argue that to kill even those guilty without the due process of law isn’t right. Some will say fighting fire with fire will never put it out. But knowing that there is no way to bring these people to justice? Can anyone sincerely say that when the Israelis know exactly where these people are, and who are responsible for planning the terror attacks, these people aren’t guilty at all? Did Israel just pick these people by random and kill them for fun?

I have always believed that such force is a necessary evil and the decisions to use it were never made lightly. In my opinion, such decisions would weigh heavily on the conscience of those who made them. And that is the reason why I never would never equate a terrorist operation blowing up Israeli civilians as a counter reaction to such Israeli actions.

Anyway, I have never seen an instance in which the likes of Hamas, Al Qaeda and all their wannabes, failed to justify and glorify all their crimes against humanity as a jihad – a holy war – (and considered it right to mass murder people) without even having a shred of remorse for the people they have murdered. I also do not need to point out that these people are killed simply for the ‘crime’ of being a Jew, an infidel, or even a co-religionist of another religious doctrine; or simply for being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

The following is an article from the Washington Post which I have copied onto a Word document. You might want to read it to see how Israeli leaders debate with each other over civilian casaulties and agonised over their decision to strike.

I took the transcript of a MSN conversation off Aly’s Blog, and I must say I am thoroughly shocked.

While at times I do make silly comments like ‘Hitler is right’ with regard to certain people’, they were mostly said in jest. And for those that aren’t said in jest, I end up regretting them. Friends have been lost because of that.

In spite of my personal leanings with regard to people of certain sexual orientations, I have never considered killing them a right thing to do, or that they deserved what Hitler has coming for them.

Tsk Tsk. And what do I really have to say? This is what:

1. it’s Mein Kampf, and NOT mien kramf. Darth Birdy also has a book called ‘Mein Schiesse’ which is a way better book that Mein Kampf. It is easily understandable using a German to English dictionary and some rudimentary lessons in German grammar.
2. Hitler’s definition of Aryan is more Nordic (i.e. more like the Scandinavians) than German. In fact, Hitler will have no prohibition killing Chinese or any other colored races who are NOT Aryan. In a purge to rid himself of a political rival in the Nazi Party, Hitler killed Ernst Roehm, who originally did all his dirty work as leader of the Brown Shirts, by accusing him of treason and being a homosexual. This kiddo say he liked Hitler, but Hitler probably won’t return his affection.
3. And yes, Hitler did tried to overthrow the Weimar government and failed. He was lucky not to have died when the German Army mowed down his mob with machine guns during the ‘Beer Hall Putsch’. In the end the Nazis ultimatly won enough seats in the Reichstag to force the German President to appoint him Chancellor.
4. Anyone who said that it’s God’s plan to allow the mass murder the Jews, should first pick the verses out of the Bible to justify this ludicrous claim.
5. I will ‘agree’ with this bozo that the people Hitler killed deserved what Hitler did to them on this condition: As long as I am the one doing the killing, and this grossly ignorant schweinhund is the one doing the dying. Of course, before that, I’ll make sure I take all his belongings, then dehumanise him and his people in the face of all my people, before I give to him ‘Die Endloesung’ – the Final Solution, aka Death.
6. The resultant Treaty of Versaille was a compromise which left nobody satisfied. Germany was neither crushed nor conciliated, which did not bode well for the future of Germany, Europe and the world as a whole. Implementing reparations also failed to achieve its punitive aims insofar as Germany profited from the treaty by neither repaying most of its foreign loans in the following decade nor completing her indemnity payments. While Hitler ultimately re-militarised Rhineland and the Allies did nothing to stop the Wehrmacht and reinforce this term of the Treaty of Versailles, there’s nothing much Hitler can boast about. In fact, it was the the Great Depression that caused massive unemployment in Germany. This in turn gave Hitler an excuse to conveniently blame the Communists, the Jews (because Hitler’s officer during WWI is a Jew) for whatever problems plaguing Germany since WWI. It was simply convenient to blame the Versailles Treaty as THE one and only cause of Germany’s predicament in the early 1930s.
7. Hitler argued that the Communist is an enemy of Germany, and Communism is a part of a global Jewish conspiracy. He might as well say the plight of the German people is a part of the Illuminati’s plan to dominate the world. Anyway, The National Socialists (Nazis) and the Communists are not very different. The only different is that in the Communist system, the state OWNS all production of the nation, while in the Socialist system, the state CONTROLS all production without owning them. Sort of a tweedledee and tweedledum if you ask me. Of course, it is a tragedy that socialism (and its cousin – Communism) both start off as a kind of Promethean Humanism and end up mostly as oppressive regimes and murderous dictatorships.
8. A great speaker would be one that speaks without a script. Hitler was not really a great speaker. But he was very diligent in practising his hand movements, and gestures to match his fiery demagoguery. He has great script writers and great propagandalists in the form of Joseph Goebbels to fashion lies into an alternate reality. He also have thugs in the form of the SturmAbteilung – the SA, aka ‘Brown Shirts’ to do his dirty work to intimidate those who opposes him. Hitler also spends much time to practice before he speaks to the crowds at his rallies and turn them into a raging mob eager to release their pent up anger on victims who could barely fight back.
9. As for restoring German pride, Hitler must have been so proud of it in 1945 that he killed himself before the Red Army seized Berlin, went on a rampage to rape German women and pillage the German capital.

Something’s that’s been brewing in my head for awhile… after reading the articles from last few weeks of TIME / Newsweek magazines.

Cloning

This was a conversation between an atheist -A – and a young Christian convert – C – when news of Dolly the cloned sheep hit the news many years ago.

A: ‘C, stop wasting time. There is no God. Through science, scientists have created life.’
C: ‘Created life? Out of scratch?’
A: ‘Read this. They have cloned a new animal. No sperm included.’
C: ‘But they didn’t actually create life out of nothingness like God did, did they?’
A: ‘Come on… why dwell on semantics?’
C: ‘It’s not semantics man. It’s untruthful reporting and exaggeration. They didn’t ‘create’ life. Look at this… they took the nucleus off an egg, fused it into another cell, then fooled the cell into splitting like an embryo. Makes me wonder if there will be problems later.’
A: ‘Gee. I can’t stand you religious fanatics.’
C: ‘Nah. It’s common sense. Let me give you an analogy. You do IT, right? Say, you take the registry of Win95, and then wack that into WinNT, and then actually got the Win2K to work, did you actually _CREATE_ a new Windows.. let’s call it Win95N?”
A: ‘Eh….’
C: ‘And can you be sure that every copy will work, and subsequently, these copy of Win2K won’t be giving you problems?’

Today, we are finally aware that Dolly itself is an anomaly. Scientists admit that thousands of cells going through this process would fail or never go far enough to actually come into being like Dolly. Above which, most clones suffers defects later in their lives, and lived shorter than most normally birthed animals. Even the ‘maker’ of Dolly admitted as much and has come out against the methods.

10 years after Dolly, scientists have come no closer to improving on this method. No primates has been cloned though I won’t be surprised if that is in the works. One Korean scientists into cloning humans have been discredited as a fraud.

Did we really create life? Or did we not?

Stem Cells Research

For Bush’s detractors, Bush is an idiot. He is denying mankind another new way to find cures to diseases. Being one of his supporters in the 2004 elections, I would say his opponents constantly under-estimated him and I am not surprised he veto-ed the bill to please his voters. But as to whether he knows WHY and for WHAT he is veto-ing, that’s anybody’s guess.

However, I do know exactly why I supported his veto. One word: Chimeras. Even Greeks consider it an abomination when they coined the word.

It’s not so much an issue about morality though it has its part to play in my decision. But it’s the chimeras that put me firmly into Bush camp.

Pigs growing human livers. Mice growing human ears on its back and having brain cells in their brains. Human kidneys that is already secreting urine in god knows what animals!!

I am not against merging the human genome with animals because I am a Bible thumping fundamentalist believing that humans are created in the image of God (yes, I believe in that), but rather, the danger of disease in other species that we do not know about.

SIV, a cousin of HIV, is dormant and harmless in a certain species of primates. I think it’s a Chimpanzee. But when migrated into humans, it kills us by the millions.

And now they have put human brain cells into mice. So, if one day they have a mouse with 100% human brain cells, won’t those rats be human since their actions and thoughts are originating from a brain cell 100% human! And I suppose some of you will like it… Stuart Little in now a reality!!

If they can find something else to grow another kidney artificially using stem cells, I am all for it. Growing it on a non-human animal?

Yes, ROD! Not ORD. Though I might still get recalled * touch wood * in the event of a war before 40 years old, the SAF has finally given me the f*ck off letter, my medals (on 31.03.06) and the watch (on 18.07.06).

It was so sad that when I got into the army they changed ROD to ORD. But even the people with the toughest of luck get their big break sooner or later.

Looking at some of my old army photos brings back memories. So I have decided to put a few up here, and of course (since my service with the SAF isn’t exactly exemplary), all I have to show is the photo of the Certificate of Appreciation, my 2 army medals plus the Hamilton Watch to show the SAF’s appreciation to every NSmen’s service to the nation.
