My Late Ramblings on Section 377A…

The Bird ‘god’ sayeth, “There are homosexuals, and there are arse bandits.”

Whatever that means? What that means is that in society, there are homosexuals who live as functional and contributing members of society, and attempt to have a loving relationship with one individual just like heterosexuals. For these people, Section 377A leaves them no room in society. Indeed I agree, as far as these group is concerned, Section 377A is an archaic and evil piece of law.

On the other hand, arse-bandits don’t give a damn about having a loving relationship with any single individual, but just for a good fxxk like any hum sup loh who seeks a good bang in a one night stand or with a prostitute. In the case of these people, Section 377A should be maintained, so society can whip their sorry asses. (And that should include those who fxxk their own girlfriends in the ass.)

This of course sounds like crap to the most liberal, because why should people who loves ass-fxxking (be it the same sex or not) be a criminal act? Above which, why should heterosexuals be spared of a whipping while they can also be promiscuous?

Simple. First, it’s called prejudice. I have been known among friends as a ‘socialist’ and to some, a die-hard homo-phobe. It is an irrational fear of something I do not do; and from a religious point of view, something which is quite ‘un-natural’ and offensive. It didn’t originally matter to me that it is quite common in the animal kingdom for incest and even such acts to happen, as my friend the ‘Magus’ had pointed it out to me.

Second (on a lesser scale), the arse-bandits are the very group that makes it hard for me (and certain elements in society) to accept homosexuality as a social norm. Either way, promiscuity is frowned upon, whether it is heterosexual or not, and it is my considered opinion that some of the more extreme elements of society or the women groups, would also love the promiscuous to get a whipping from the law.

I am not going to get all moral about this matter anyway. But there’s certainly one sick individual which, should th high hand of law to come smashing down upon with Section 377A, I wouldn’t feel a single shred of remorse.
